Buyers Inspections
As your home inspector my commitment is to you and reporting the true condition of the home. I understand that buying a home is probably the largest investment decision you’ll ever make and will inspect your investment as if it were my own – Your best interest is my only interest!
As a company we encourage you to attend the inspection and ask questions. Our home inspections normally take between 3.5 to 4.5 hours depending on the size, condition, and age of the house. Whether you’re a first time buyer or a seasoned veteran of home ownership I will take the time to answer your questions, educate you in home maintenance, and explain our findings in as much detail as needed.
Our inspection is intended to identify the need for major repairs, builder oversights, or maintenance necessary to keep the home in good condition. After our home inspection and armed with our report you’ll have the facts in hand to make decisions with confidence!
Pre-Listing Inspections
Having us perform a pre-listing home inspection is the perfect opportunity to identify problems and make repairs before listing your property. Putting your home in better selling condition can speed up the sales process and reduce the stress of waiting for the buyers inspector to discover issues during the contingency period.
Homeowner Inspections
There are many reasons to have the home you live in inspected by a certified professional home inspector. As always – first and foremost we inspect for the safety and proper operation of each system in the home.
Is the electrical panel safe, is the wiring in good condition? When was the Furnace or water heater last serviced, are the exhaust gases venting properly? What’s the condition of the roof, does it need maintenance, how long before it needs replacing?
These are a few of many questions we ask and answer while inspecting your home, in all over 1,500 items are reviewed during our typical home inspection.
We will also identify problems in the making so they can be addressed before they become more costly to repair. Having the home you live in inspected today will save you money now and help you to budget for the future.
